Submission to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR)

The Universal Periodic Review (UPR) is a unique process which involves a review of the human rights records of all 192 UN Member States once every four years.
Norway will be reviewed in December 2009, during the 6th session of the UPR working group.
The Ombudsman for Children has recently submitted his report regarding the human right situation for children in Norway. The report focuses on some crucial areas of concern.
